Well done to all our pupils who competed ;in the Muskerry Scór na bPáistí finals in Ovens on Sunday 1st of March. All our pupils who competed won a trophy. Andrew Egan came 3rd in the Story Telling. He told a story called “Death to the Master”, an extract from the Book “Jimeen”. Our Ballad Group also came 3rd, beautifully singing “The Star of the County Down” and “Oró Mo Bháidín”. Our Set came in 2nd place dancing the “Cashel Set”. Pride of place goes to our Figure Dancers coming first dancing “A Trip to the Cottage”. The Figure Dancers will now proceed to the County Semi-Final on Saturday next, 7th of March at 2.00 p.m. in Ovens. Many thanks to everybody who helped in any way with the preparation of our Scór Team.
