On Thursday, June 24th, Rusheen National School sadly bade farewell to our fabulous Rang VI pupils.  A socially distanced Graduation Ceremony was held in the soccer court.  The pupils made generous presentations to the school staff and also presented the school with painted memory stones.  The school presented the graduation class with a Certificate of Graduation, a memory stick with a treasure trove of photography of their time in Rusheen N.S. and a commemorative Graduation Hoodie.  Principal, Mr. Coakley, in his address outlined the fantastic contribution made by this class in the 8 years they attended Rusheen N.S.  He spoke for the school community when he outlined how sorry we are to see such a wonderful class leave the school but he knows they are well ready for secondary school education and wished them well in their new schools.  Refreshments were served before Rang VI left Rusheen N.S. for the last time to a well-merited guard of honour.
