On Saturday 29^th of March, the Scòr na bPàistì County Final was held in Ovens.  We had participants in the Trath na gCeist, Rince Seit, Lèiriù and Solo Singing.  Adam Kelly, Seàn O’Riordan and Con Buckley came first in the Trath na gCeist and won the Corn Dù Ealla.  Katelyn Kelleher, Brìd Cotter, Moira Twomey, Adam Leahy, Con Buckley, Kate Lehane, Adrianne Lynch  and Gràinne Twomey came 3^rd in the Rince Seit.   They danced the Cashel Set.  Shona White sang Cnochainìn Aerach Cill Mhuire beautifully while playing the guitar and came first, winning the Carrig Donn Cup.  The first pupil from Rusheen N.S. to win the Carrig Donn Cup.  Oisìn O’Neill, Tadhg Sheehan, Adam Kelly, Seàmus Murphy, Gearòid O’Brien and Eoghan O’Brien competed in the Novelty Act.  They did not come first but the main thing is they got there.  They came 3^rd on the day.
