5th and 6th classes attended the Cork County Council Safety Day on the 27th of February at the open farm in Watergrasshill. We had talks from the RSA, An Garda Siochana, Cork County Council and a Farmer. On the day a Junior Safety Officers Committee was appointed. This included John Kelleher, Gary Sheehan, Seán Cummins and James Twomey. We learned so much about safety in our everyday lives. Tír an Sí gave us three great games to play to remind us to stay safe.
