Dear Parents,
I am delighted to remind you school re-opens for Junior Infants to 2nd Class on this Monday, March 1st at 9.20a.m. The school has taken the required steps for a safe return.
Attached to this e-mail is a Return to Educational Facility Parental Declaration Form. These signed forms will be collected in the yard on Monday morning before your child can be admitted to the school building. If your child has not got the signed form, they cannot be admitted. This form will also need to be completed and submitted to the school following every absence no matter how short.
Please ensure you child has all books, stationery and pocket sized hand sanitiser.
Pupils are encouraged to dress warmly as recommended ventilation procedures will continue to be followed.
There will be no homework allotted for the first week back.
Please familiarise yourself with information sheets “Advice to Parents during Covid-19” which you received from your class teacher.
Remind your children to follow good respiratory and hand hygiene procedures as usual.
Any communications with the school must be by phone or online only as parents/visitors are not allowed into the school.
To adhere to Public Health Guidelines, there must be no congregation of parents at our school gates.
