Remma went on to support Morrissey on his sold out ” Quarry” tour in Earls Court Arena in London ( 18,000 Capacity ) and The Point Depot in Dublin ( 10,000 )
Morrissey also put Remma’s track ” Worry Young” on a free CD with NME Magazine ( Biggest Music Mag in UK ) entitled ” Song’s To Save Your Life”
This gained Remma a lot of interest and followers.
Late 2004 Shane O’ Herlihy became seriously ill and spent 3 years waiting for a kidney transplant. In that time Remma played in Scotland and the UK and started writing their debut album. They also supported bands such as ” Ruby Horse “, ” The Frank And Walters ” and ” Paddy Casey “.
Noel Hogan ( Guitarist of The Cranberries ) came to one of Remma’s shows in Limerick and was so impressed with what he heard that he offered to produce the album.
Remma spent 2009 in the studio with Noel in Limerick and Kerry. The tracks are being mixed in NYC at the moment.
Remma were signed by Green Room Music Source, Minneapolis, MN who feel Remma would do very well in the US market.
Remma are embarking on a US tour starting in July which will cover 45 states and will consist of over 85 dates.
