This week we are participating in activities to help our health. We are doing “Rise’n Shine” in the yard every morning for 10 minutes. At 12.15p.m. Jessie rings the gong and we do Mindfulness for 10 minutes. Then we eat our fruit and veg supplied to us by Food Dudes.
We will also go for walks/jogs on the walkway later in the week and on Friday we will make smoothies.
We hope to be healthier after the week.
