On Friday, 26th April, 2013, the school had a fundraiser at the greyhound track. The first race started at 7.50 p.m. There was a bigger crowd than last year and it was great fun. Rusheen N.S. had a dog racing in the fifth race, but unfortunately he didn’t win a prize. Jim Twomey and Yvonne O’Riordan were the main organisers of this event. Some people won money and some people lost money. It was an enjoyable time and everyone had fun. It the end we raised €780.00 for the school.
