We harvested our Rhubarb the other day in school. Aisling Kelleher took some home and made a tasty rhubarb crumble. Chloe Lehane made some delicious muffins and Sarah Hinchion baked a lovely rhubarb pie. We had them in school on Friday with ice-cream. Thanks girls for the lovely baking and thanks Jessie for helping to serve it.
