Our Christmas Market was held in Aghinagh G.A.A. Hall on Sunday 3^rd of December after 11.00 a.m. Mass.  All the pupils in the school made lots of things to sell at the market.  Junior & Senior Infants made and decorated Christmas Bobbles.  First & Second Class made Christmas Decorations from dough.  3^rd & 4^th Class made Stocking Snowmen and 5^th & 6^th Class made Mini Christmas Trees.

There were lots of other things for sale at the Christmas Market such as books, cakes, bags of turf and timber, Christmas tree, keyboard, etc.  There was an auction and many other competitions such as guess the weight of the cake and guess the weight of the doll.  There was also a raffle.  People were also able to sit down and enjoy the tea, coffee and cakes served.

There was a huge crowd there and it made a lot of money – €3,124.00.  Thanks to our Parents’ Association for organising this great fundraising event for the school.
