On the 28th of February, Rusheen N.S. 5th and 6th Class pupils went on a trip to Nutricia Danone. Last year, Nutricia Danone gave us bins for our Green School Programme. They invited us to go to Nutricia for their Green/Nature Day. We did a PowerPoint presentation of all the work we do in Rusheen National School in our gardening and Green School Program. Then we were shown a slideshow in their Board Room which showed us how they make different formula. They use over 100 recipes. It was really nice of Danone Nutricia to give us easter eggs and chocolate cakes. Mr. Coakley and Jessie got easter eggs too. It was a massive achievement for our school to be invited to Danone Nutricia. We hope to make more trips there in the future.
