On Sunday the 8th, the Fun Run took place for Rusheen N.S. It was a four mile run/walk. Lots of people took part. Some walked and some jogged. Everyone had a great time either jogging or running. Everyone crossed the line with Paul Leahy and Tom Cuddihy the first adults over in a time of 28:36:00 The first male juvenile to cross was Con Buckley in a time of 31:30:00 and the first female juvenile was Danielle Twomey in a time of 41:01:00. After all the exercise, everyone had a burger, tea, etc. Everyone was wrecked after the day. We raised €1,362.00 in total. It was a fantastic day.
