On the 2nd of October, Aghinagh Macra came to Rusheen N.S. John Lynch and Jayne Cotter presented the school with a cheque for €500.00. They raised the money with a “Know your Neighbour Event” and a fun run which was on in Ballinagree. Lots of pupils from the school went to the fundraiser. Our Student’s Council plan to use the money for different things. John and Jayne explained what activities they do in Macra such as Dancing, Quizzes, Football and much more. Thanks to Aghinagh Macra for fundraising for our school.
