On Wednesday we harvested our rhubarb and took it home to bake.  On Friday we brought it in.  Sarah & Eadaoin Kelleher made brownies, Darragh Farmer made cordial, Sarah Hinchion made pie, Ellie Barry made rhubarb cake and Aoife O’Regan made rhubarb crumble.  We ate it with ice cream.  We had a lovely feast with marvelous rhubarb baking and delicious ice cream.
