Rusheen N.S. recently competed in the Cork City Sports in C.I.T. Everyone tried their best but only some got trophies. The athletes who got trophies in the boys were James Twomey who came 3rd and Evan O’Riordan who came 2nd. In the girls, Leah Kearney came 1st in her U-13 sprint and Aoife Shannon came third in her sprint. The girls relay team of Grace Kelleher, Leah Kearney, Lily O’Shea and Rebecca Morgans came first in a wonderful race. Unfortunately, the boys relay team didn’t get placed but everyone had a great day out.
